It supports multiple agents with name, number, and profile image, and allows customizing the label shown for each agent. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/ak-simple-chat` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. Go to **Settings > AK Simple Chat** to configure the plugin. ## FAQ ### Can I add multiple WhatsApp agents? Yes, just enter each agent on a new line using the format: `Name - Number - ImageURL`. The image is optional. ### Can I customize the button label or chat widget heading? Yes. You can change the main button label, chat widget header, and subheading from the settings panel. ### Will the chat color match my theme? Yes. You can select any hex color. The plugin will also auto-adjust text color ( black or white) for readability. ### What happens on WooCommerce product pages? When enabled, a product-specific message (including the product name and link) is added automatically to the WhatsApp message. ### Is it mobile-friendly? Yes. The chat button is responsive and works well on both desktop and mobile devices. ### Do I need a WhatsApp Business account? No. The chat links open in WhatsApp (or WhatsApp Web) with the pre-filled message. Any WhatsApp account will work. ### Will this plugin slow down my website? No. It’s designed to be lightweight, loads assets only when activated, and uses standard WordPress practices. ### Will this plugin work with any theme?
