I did bought it during 2 years, thinking than i can work around, and get help from the support. But, they keeping push back without any resolution of issues. This plugin has to work as stand alone. It’s breaking the wordpress hierarchy page using fake postid 0 url, and you cannot change any url, or even use a template for a single page except using the content block. The url of the dashborad is fixed. You cannot change. So, if u want to integrate to specific space, you can’t. You are forced to use for exemple class to detect wish function to use. REALLY A MESS.. I did passed at least 2 weeks turning around with this plugin, as im not very good on javascript to be able to develop my own. But i should honestly have learn or pays someone to develop. The documentation is also a mess. NOt possible to find anything wish is not link to VERY BASIC use. Ok. This plug in not only doesn’t work, it ruined every track I entered into the tool. I manage a site where I provide trail information to my users. I tried to work with support to correct their issues, but they don’t seem to know how to fix them, and blame everything either on not reading their documentation, or google. So…here’s a list of issues that you can expect when using this tool: Graph below the map doesn’t render correctly Downloading feature for your users to download the track strips key data that is needed for the track Application destroys the tracks on upload to remove the needed information Maps don’t always render correctly Many of the settings in the interface don’t work You have to craft your own short codes to render the maps (defeating the purpose of the tool itself) I could go on, but I spent 80 hours building a site with this tool and had to scrap all the work because the tool destroyed all the tracks I entered into it. Easy: you can’t! So … no shortcodes. Also CreativeMinds have THE BEST support of any WordPress plugin I have used. I asked two things and they responded quickly and politely, and fixed both super fast! I spent around 10 hours trying to make it work with the features that the developer offered with no success. Then I contacted the developer and he told me “You need to wait until our developers have time”, which disappointed me even more. I requested my money back and they said “No, sorry”. So I suggest, you don’t loose your time here. I ended up using a custom “Google My Maps” map that works great in my web.
