Events Calendar View

  • Fully editable modern events calendar view.
  • Create or Edit Events directly from the Events Calendar plugin.
  • Click on a date on the dashboard WordPress event calendar to open the Add Event popup form.
  • Set Event Start and End Dates, All Day Event, Bookings Status, Booking Price, Event Type, Event Site, and Performer(s) from the Add Event Popup.
  • View events on the WordPress calendar as colored bars spanning from the start date to the end date of the event.
  • The color of the event is inherited from Event Type color, making it easy to quickly identify events of different types on your main calendar and WordPress calendar widget.

Event Settings

  • From event settings, you can fine tune your event properties.

Event Types Manager

  • Create or Edit Event Types that you can then assign to Events.
  • Set specific properties for your Event Types.
  • Background and text color for child events as they appear on the WordPress event calendar and WordPress calendar widget.
  • Define age group for the events of this type.
  • Upload an image which represents the event type or category.
  • Events in the Events Calendar will appear in the color of their assigned Event Type.

Event Type

Following properties can be currently set for each event type:

  • Name of the Event Type.
  • Description of the Event Type.
  • Swatch or background color for titles of child events – also visible on the frontend calendar and WordPress calendar widget.
  • Text Color for titles of child events – visible on the frontend calendar and WordPress calendar widget.
  • Age group restrictions.
  • Image or Logo.

Event Venues Manager

  • Create or edit Event Venues or Locations which can be associated with various events.

  • Sort Event Venues based on name, slug or number of child events.

Each Event Venue has following properties you can set:

  • A separate Gallery of performer images.
  • Description of the performer.
  • Display in List – if you wish to hide or show Performer from EventPrime’s fronted Performers list view.
  • Contact fields like Phone, Email and Website.

Organizers Manager

  • Create or Edit Event Organizers which can be associated with events later.
  • Event Organizers have their own set of customizable properties.

Each Event Organizer has following properties you can set:

  • Name of the organizer.
  • Phone number – multiple numbers supported.
  • Email of the Organizer – multiple emails supported.
  • Website – multiple website addresses supported.
  • Description – details about the event organizer.
  • Image of the organizer.
  • Social Media pages of the organizers, like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

Organizer details appear on the single event page on frontend.

Bookings Manager

  • View a complete list of all bookings for all your events.
  • Filter bookings by their events, booking time, and booking status.
  • See a table of booking containing their booking ID, username, email, and number of attendees per booking ID, booking status and payment gateway used.

Bookings

  • Edit individual booking details and also add notes for an attendee which the attendee can see on his/her event booking page.
  • Download booking details of attendees in PDF format.
  • Send notification emails to attendees.
  • Access the transaction log for an attendee’s booking.

Email Attendees

A built-in emailing system to quickly send emails to specific attendees or all attendees from a specific event.

Reports

I've been using the EventPrime plugin for some time now, and it's leveled up my website and provided a much more interactive experience for the user. One of the standout aspects of this plugin is the continual improvements and modifications made by the developer. It's clear that they are committed to enhancing the user experience and staying ahead of the curve with updates that add new features and improve performance. What truly sets EventPrime apart, however, is the developer's willingness to take on feedback from users like myself and implement suggestions to make the plugin even better. I've submitted several suggestions over time, and I've been impressed by how diligently they work to incorporate user feedback into new releases. It's refreshing to see a developer who genuinely listens to their users and values their input. In addition to their proactive approach to development, the developer of EventPrime is also highly responsive when it comes to addressing support tickets. While there may be some occasional delays in response time, the overall level of support provided is exceptional. Any issues or questions I've had were addressed, and the developer went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the resolution. If I were to nitpick, the only slightly negative aspect I've encountered is the response time on some support tickets. However, this minor inconvenience is far outweighed by the multitude of positives that EventPrime offers. With its extensive features, affordability, and the responsiveness of the developer, I have no hesitation in giving EventPrime a well-deserved five-star rating. I look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve in the future.

My husband and I, both artists and owners of our art studio/gallery, were excited to expand our offerings with Paint and Sip Events and art classes. Naturally, we wanted to add an event calendar to our website to make things easier for our customers. Among all the event calendar plugins I tried, Eventprime came closest to meeting our needs. Even though it's hard for any plugin to be perfect for everyone, this one worked really well for us. Plus, when I had a question about one of its features, they got back to me quickly. Because of their great support, how easy it is to use, and how well it works on our website, we decided to purchase their business plan. I'm happy to give it 5 stars!

After literally weeks of testing several plugins, and going back through each one again just to keep my views uncluttered. I have finally landed on the Plugin that simply far surpasses at least four others I have installed and tested on my experimental site. The best part is that the core (or the free version) of the plugin has so many features, which I think will serve a vast majority of the small group non-profit associations like ours. The developer/s and their support personnel were quick to respond to my questions about some technical aspects as well as pre-sale questions. It is good to know that there will be at least someone to talk to in case the need arises - especially a novice setting out to build a web presence. At the end of the day there are a vast number of choices and it all boils down to preferences and needs at the current moment and some possible projection into the future - and it is surely an opinion. I am really glad I had my choice down to EventPrime (this Plugin) and one other that I shall not name - it was tough from a aesthetic standpoint. However, from an affordability standpoint (and purely on the basis of features included), it was a no-brainer - EventPrime won it hands down! If nothing I would definitely recommend giving it a shot by trying it out. Thanks EventPrime development team; keep up the good work!

I made the mistake of buying the full Metagauss bundle of plugins (EventPrime, ProfileGrid and RegistrationMagic) and I am actually embarrassed to have spent the money and build two client sites based on expecting their plugins to do any of what they claim to do well. My recommendation to anyone is: DO NOT BUY THESE PLUGINS.I rarely give negative reviews, but these plugins are simply not well thought out. I have yet to interact with their plugins and not find something wrong - or just nonsensical. A few examples:In a text field, you can't use the return (enter) key to create a line break - it simply doesn't work. They know it and they apologized with they search for a solution.If you want to see a "report" of who booked to attend an event, what you get is a list of "booking" - a booking ID, the title of the event and the date of the event - but not the name of who booked to attend, nor any way to click through for additional details. I literally have submitted dozens of videos showing them what's not working, and while they do respond and make an attempt to correct the problems, the "fixes" don't even work.These are plugins that claim to do a great deal when in reality they are beta-level products at best. Not ready for use, in my opinion. Stay away.

After creating the event post, the plugin created 2500 posts. It did not stop even after disabling and deleting the plugin. I had to reboot the server. Maybe I was just lucky to catch a rare bug, but this is the first time this has happened.

Event Prime has so many features and options (because it very flexible) that you might feel a little overwhelmed in the beginning. Take your time to learn the plugin thoroughly before integrating it into your website and you will be happy you did. I used the ProfileGrid to Event Prime integration extension to allow Group Managers to schedule and maintain events within their own groups. I worked with the Event Prime people to also do some customization work and I am happy to report they were very helpful and did great job!
