With the WordPress plugin from Locale<\/em> you can send your pages and posts to your LSP. The plugin requires MultilingualPress<\/em> 2 or 3.<\/p>\n\n

Setup<\/h3>\n\n
    \n
  1. In your WordPress project, go to Locale > Settings > Credentials<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Copy the API key<\/li>\n
  3. Paste it into the API key<\/strong> field in WordPress<\/li>\n
  4. Click on Save changes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    You are now ready to create, and import translation jobs.<\/p>\n\n

    Creating Translation Jobs<\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    1. Go to your posts or pages list<\/li>\n
    2. In the Bulk actions<\/strong> dropdown, select Bulk Translate<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Tick the checkboxes of the posts or pages that you want to translate<\/li>\n
    4. And click on the Apply<\/strong> button beside Bulk Translate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      This will create a translation job, that can later be imported into the languages that you have configured in MultilingualPress<\/em><\/p>\n\n

      Managing Translation Jobs<\/h3>\n\n
        \n
      1. Go to Locale > Jobs<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Here you can view, or delete an existing translation job<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Importing Translation Jobs<\/h3>\n\n
          \n
        1. Go to Locale > Jobs<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Select the translation job that you want to import<\/li>\n
        3. On the translation job information box, click on Import<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          This will update the posts indicated in the translation job with the corresponding translations based on the matching language codes.<\/p>\n\n

          Project Statuses<\/h3>\n\n

          Here are the following statuses that a translation job goes through before finally being imported:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          1. In Progress<\/em> - The translation is in progress.<\/li>\n
          2. Delivered<\/em> - The translation has been completed, and is now ready for importing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            The Import<\/strong> button in a translation job's information box will only be displayed once it is delivered. Click on Update<\/strong>, occasionally to check on the translation's status.<\/p>\n\n\n

            1. Go to Network Admin > Plugins<\/strong><\/li>\n
            2. Click on Add New<\/strong>, and search for Locale<\/em><\/li>\n
            3. Click on Install Now<\/strong><\/li>\n
            4. Click on Activate<\/strong><\/li>\n
            5. Install MultilingualPress<\/em> 2 or 3<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

              Do I need an API key?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

              Yes, you need an API key to connect with the Locale<\/a>.<\/p><\/dd>\n

              Where do I get my own API key?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
                \n
              1. Sign in to your Locale account<\/a><\/li>\n
              2. From the Dashboard<\/em>, click Add another project<\/strong><\/li>\n
              3. Under the CMS<\/em> category, look for WordPress<\/strong>, and hit Create Project<\/strong><\/li>\n
              4. Enter the Source language<\/strong>, and Target languages<\/strong>\n> Note<\/strong>: It is important that the language codes of the languages that you have configured in MultilingualPress<\/em> match the language codes of Source language<\/strong>, and Target languages<\/strong>. Otherwise, the translations will not be imported correctly.<\/li>\n
              5. Click on Add Project<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n\n
